What happens in the intro

We sit down at my studio or on Zoom and talk about what you want to play or make, and what's confused you before. Then we figure out what a first win looks like. If there's time, I'll show you a small musical idea you can hear right away.

What you leave with

You leave knowing the next step. Which lesson path fits, how often to meet, what to practice first, online or in person, and whether this feels right to you.

Who it is for

Kids, adults, songwriters, total beginners, people coming back to it, and producers. Anyone who wants music to feel less abstract and more like something they make.

  • We start with music you can actually hear and use
  • Technique gets built around what you want to play
  • You leave every lesson knowing what's next
  • The intro is where we pick your path

Choose the path that matches your goal.

For Parents

A quick way to see if your kid lights up when a lesson starts with making something.

For Adults

If you've always wanted to play but felt too late or too intimidated, this is the easy way in.

For Songwriters

A fast look at how lessons can turn your ideas, chords, or voice memos into actual music.

Simple monthly lesson plans - cancel anytime

Most people keep going weekly or every other week after the intro. Your $20 intro is credited toward the first month. No packages, no contracts, and you can pause or stop whenever you need to. Showing up every week is what turns "I tried it once" into "I can actually play."

Common questions

How much is the intro?

The intro is $20 for 30 minutes. If you keep going, it's credited toward your first month.

Is the intro online or in person?

Either one. Tell me you want in person when you book and we'll meet at my studio in Los Angeles, near Fairfax and Melrose next to West Hollywood. Otherwise it's on Zoom.

What if I am a total beginner?

That's fine. Most people show up with no system at all. Finding a simple first step is the whole point of the intro.
